Handwash: Hand wash in cool water with light soap in a container big enough for your item. Lightly squeeze the water out of the garment. DO NOT RING! Repeat this with cool water. Lay out to dry on a dry towel flat.
Wash Machine: Add in a laundry/ mesh bag. Smaller items put in delicate settings, cold water, spin cycle on low. With bigger items, use a laundry bag with normal setting, cool water, and spin.
Dry: Lay flat to dry on a towel.
Dryer Machine: No high heat, low air dry setting.
